can i take a fake gun in my luggage?
so i have this cool gun that looks real but its fake, its metal and has that orange tip for safety, can i take it with me from new york to dominican republic? wil it pas in the airport? will i get in trouble?
It's perfectly legal to carry a replica gun in your checked baggage - you won't get in trouble. Replica guns, even metal ones, look very different than real guns on an x-ray machine. The TSA officers won't have any trouble identifying it. You can inform the airline agent if you want, but it's not necessary.
